Get to Know Kerri Sheeran

Kerri E. Sheeran is of counsel to the firm. Kerri received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Merrimack College in 1993 and a Juris Doctor degree from Vermont Law School in 1996. Prior to joining Perry Krumsiek, LLP, Kerri was Vice President and Legal Counsel to LandAmerica Title Insurance Company, one of the leading issuers of title insurance in the nation. In that capacity, Kerri oversaw the closing of hundreds of corporate transactions, including the purchase and sale of multiple Home Depot stores throughout the country. Kerri has also worked in private practice at both large and small real estate firms. At each of these firms, Kerri’s practice focused on complex commercial real estate transactions.
